Bill: Okay, Ben Carter, session 5. How's it going? Ben: Good. Really good. Really loose. Bill: Okay. Big shoulder work out the other day. Ben: Yeah, last two days. Hit them real hard. Feels really good. Still little sore but not tight, no pain. Back feels really loose right now. Feel like really loosened up that right side. Little tight in the left. Bill: Yeah, there is that, we had that connection, the hamstring on the, let's see, that would've been your right hamstring. Ben: Yeah, my hamstring is a little tight leading to the hip. And once those two loosened up, it feels really good. Some of the soreness are gone already which is nice. Bill: Cool. Great. We didn’t even work on the shoulder today hardly at all. Ben: Yeah. Bill: Excellent. Okay. Thank you. Ben: Thanks Bill.
