The age is getting younger and younger. It used to be 48 to 52 years old, that’s text book but really starting in the early 30s I’ve seen hormonal changes and just if I can go further, premenstrual syndrome? If you’re experiencing it more and more strongly, I would say your hormones are changing and you’re perimenopausal. So is it early 30s, late 30s? Definitely by 40 women’s hormones are changing.
