Find a fabulous doctor that specializes in the treatment of asthma and pursue a diagnosis and a treatment plan relentlessly that works for you. It took me years. I was diagnosed around the age of 10, I am 34 now, and I was 30 when I ultimately found the medication that changed my life. And I got there because I didn’t quit. I kept pursuing with my doctor, you know, a different medication and a different idea, a different approach. Maybe I shouldn’t eat this, or maybe I should try taking this medication or these combinations. What’s new and up and coming? Pursue it relentlessly because there’s something out there that’s going to work for you, and when you find it, when you find that combination, it’s life-changing. It gives you back the freedom and the flexibility to do whatever it is that you want to do.
