Tim’s Tips: Get moving with arthritis, people tend to get stiff. So, you need to get yourself up and about, start moving around. The less you do, the stiffer you are going to get and the worst the arthritis will be. Get yourself up and moving around, any opportunity. Don’t sit down for longer than half an hour. Move to the shop through walk than drive. Keep that body moving and you are going to minimize the chances of arthritis setting in and stiffening in your body.
