Speaker: This is the segment that we are going to work those shoulders and arms, we are going to firm and tone the biceps and triceps and sculpt those sexy shoulders. So let's get started picking up a light pair of hand weights and get going. Alright we are going to start with the shoulders with an exercise called Arm Arches. Start with your feet a little bit less than hip with apart and hands at our side, bringing the weights up to the side, bringing them up over head, bring them back down and then all the way, good. Now let's take it up to tempo here we go, lift, lift, lower nice, it's up, press, halfway and down, good. Now relax your shoulders away from your ears, we want to work the shoulders not the neck, good three more, here we go, two more, bring them up good, last one, excellent. Moving to triceps overhead extension, let's take those arms up over head. Now Michelle and I move into tree pose for balance challenge, and we will keep both feet on the ground, lift that leg and here we go, pull it down and up, down and up, good we have four more. Three more good work, stay focused, last one and relax those arms down, let's try the tree pose on the other side, bring those arms up, get into your tree pose, ready and down, up, down, up, good keep focus, you have got it three more, two, last one, breathe and bring your arms down, good. Let's go ahead and take that right hand, place it on to your left tip and slightly bend those legs, we are working the back of our shoulder, here we go, bring it up, two and down, like you are drawing your swords right there good, keep the torso facing the front of the room and open up through the back of the shoulder, it's up two and down. Alright here we go, two more alright just more, good, up and let's move on.
