Hey, Jimmy from buildmuscleandsixpackabs.com and I am here for bicep training. As people yelling at me already, that is like the number one thing that are newbies -- make posts at internet forums. Everything is relative, right? You shouldn't be curling 30 pounds in the squat before, but you shouldn't even claim like I mean we know things what you are going to do. So bicep training, everybody wants to get kind of big arms, couple of issues that people have with trained arms, they are doing all direct bicep work. So it pumps up work. I know it’s old school how we think, we also have to remember if you won’t work the forearm muscle, the brachialis, the brachioradialis, muscle that run under a forearm, under the biceps give them more like a bowling ball, a bowling ball actually really freakish and big, like the golf ball look, and also you remember the hand grip.. So again brachialis, brachioradialis, those words that I don’t know how to pronounce them, muscles, forearm muscles that run underneath our biceps, not only we have got a bigger forearm because there is no way, I don't care how much you think you know or how much you do know. There is no way you are going to get the biceps you want without having good forearms. They just don't go together. So if you guys need really good bicep workout so you guys stick to the training. So hope you enjoyed it. For more biceps sleeve, splitting workouts or if anyone just want to make big arms, buildmuscleandsixpackabs.com.
