Okay, so stretches are good, you can do it before your – arm is a little easier and take the arm out and get a little rock. And with that I am going to grab at the wrist and bending down so I do not bend my back and just lift up with my toes. Stretch the arm up and then put it back this way then we will stretch and lean. Put some pressure point work down with the hands down upper arm and come back here and stretch like this. And then you can also come over the other side or like so and stretch like this. And here you can also grab here other elbow and reach under. Then I am going to grab behind the shoulder blades and left and stretch and then – and then one last stretch. Okay.
