I mean, what normally happens is you got this cells that make hormones and they have to release the hormone into the bloodstream and they just do that in little packages and so they’re just constantly releasing this little packages and that’s actually what we try to do when we make these drugs now as we try to make a way for the estrogen to be gently released into the bloodstream in a steady state that more approximates what the adrenal gland can do because that’s what you want to have until you know there’s something better.
