Who can practice yoga? As long as you got pulse you can practice yoga. Any age, any size, any color, any class. We have people who practice here all the way up until they give birth. As long as you have a breath in your body, you can inhale and you can exhale and you can raise an arm or maybe you don’t have an arm, that does not mean that yoga is not available to you or say like, you have an injury you know, people getting class and they work really hard then they have an injury then they’ll say the can’t practice yoga and we say, ‘well, then you haven’t been listening.’ Because yoga means non attachment to all those fluctuations.
