We can all name the things we know we should or shouldn’t be doing but creating a list of 50 things you want to accomplish this week towards being healthy is just silly.

Amy Mac: Maybe you lost your interest or never had an interest or just going to recommit exercise. I'm Amy Mac. In today's fit life, I'm going to give you the jump start guide for living healthy and fit. In a right slump or down in the drums I've got five and a half steps towards a better yield. Number one, pick one. We all want to sleep more, eat better, and workout more. And there are many ways to make that happen cut out cookies, cut out soda, go to bed earlier. We're picking 50 things to do and trying to do all at once, it just isn't a good idea. It takes 21 days to make a habit. So, every month pick one thing and make it happen. This month, I'm going to add seven of vegetables in my dinner every night. Number two, we all have a million things to remember, so why not give yourself reminders, you can use your calendar, you can set your alarm in your phone, I even use posted notes. I recently added one of my back rhythm that is Pilates then shower. It sounds silly, but it works. Number three, move more. We cannot spend two hours a day in the gym. And to be honest, very few people actually want to, but here says you would have to go to the gym; at the end of your lunch hour, you could go for a 20 minute walk or you could break it up that five minute increments throughout the day. The goal is just to move more. Number four, love it. You find something that gets you moving that you actually enjoy and guess what you'll do more of it. If you don't like running, then don't go running. Find something that you enjoy like hiking with friends or swimming in the sun. If you enjoy it, you do it actually more of it. Number five, live it and enjoy. Living a fit life is a lifestyle and it doesn't involve drastic temporary measures like dieting. Make all these little changes that you can actually live with for your rest of your life. It's going to help you in the long run. Number five and a half, go buy my book.
