Dr. Neal Schultz: Hello, I'm Dr. Neal Schultz, and welcome to the DermTV. In the category of late breaking news the manufacture of the filler Evolence, Johnson & Johnson, this past week announce they will withdrawing Evolence from the market. I will assure you it will strictly a business decision and not based on any problems relating to safety or efficacy of the product. As a matter of fact Evolence is one of my favorite fillers and one of the favorite fillers of my patients, because it was so good at filling deep broad areas like the areas below the corners of the mouth and the nasal labial folds. If you're accustomed to getting Evolence treatments, there is no reason for concerned because there are many other fillers that will be used in its place to take care of your filler needs, such as Juvederm, Restylane, all the films of collagen and Sculptra, as a matter of fact in the past few months another new filler was introduced by the name of hydrol and the reason were going to do an episode on hydrol for next week is because hydrol is much less uncomfortable than most of the other fillers.
