Alternate Front Kick What’s up everybody? Robert Taylor here from New York City. If you can control your body in space, you can do anything. Most people, we can't really control our own bodies. Sure, we can make ways, sure we can jog but can you do anything? Can you jump? Can you climb? Can you run? Can you crouch? Can you just be anything that you could possibly think of? Here's a demonstration exercise for you today. What I try to tell people is, "Just go outside and act like a kid." Do what you watch your daughter and sons doing in the park. You will get in shape that’s like you do in such great shapes. It is the cause in running around and play in all in the time. Today I'm going to show you the front kick. The key with the standing front kick in my opinion is speed. The purpose of the front kick is you’re going to get the hips involve, you going to get the quad bicep involve and you going to get your butt involve. You want to be able to move that leg quickly when you get that heart redundant really, when you get yourself excited. Now, ladies one more thing say when you’re in the club and the gag it's too friendly. This exercise will put in many places right away. I will give you demonstrations. Let's get this show on the road. You will stand with your feet about show with the part. But you going to have them falling behind one another. And put your hands in place to get your balance going and look forward and then you will throw the kick. You want to lean and push that heel out there. The reason why you're doing this is because you want to get the force. You want t o get the power and when you get the feel of what you are doing. This exercise excites me a lot. It makes me feel great when I do this exercise. Why? Because I can feel the powers, I kick forward. Let’s go, keep it moving. Don’t stop now. I know you get in tired. It doesn’t matter because we never get tired when we do an exercise. Because exercise is great it makes us feel good and makes, us look good. And makes our whole life just a whole lot better. You get lot of energy from exercise your in shape when you exercise. And at the same time you get to show people just how hot you can be in nice clothing. So we’ll go through one more round and were see where we go from that. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten excellent. Now, take a short break what we do normally is ten on one leg then ten on the other leg and with all to make back and forth. Giving yourself about 30 to 45 seconds break in between each set.
