Let's try the Airplane Full Push Up. This is the challenge option, so pick it at your pace, try a couple, see what you can do. I am going to come into full push up position by pulling forward here, you want your shoulders over your ribs, pull your hips into alignment, see your abdominals are nice and tight and then come up into that push up. Here is the tip for a push up. Try not to hunch through that upper back or let your lower back sag, but stay like a plank of wood. Now I am going to come down for four, my push up four beat, slow and control resist, dropping, four beats and when you come up for two, we are going to add one, two, balance. As you notice I am really working here to hold it for you. Let's go down for four, one, two, three, four, up, one, two, switch sides. One, two, three, four. Up, one, two, one, two, three, four. Up, one, two. You'll keep alternating, side to side, I feel it in my quads, I feel it in my glutes, in my abs and of course your chest muscle. Great total body exercise.
