[Music Playing] Judy Hi, my name is Judy Notte and welcome to the classroom workout. Last time, we did kardio funk, this time we are going to do African. So, what I want you to do, stand up, make sure there are lots of room around your desk because this movement if really big. The first move is called the basic walk and what we are going to do is we are going to stomp with our right and left. Make sure you have got lots of room, check out your desks and chairs.
