Question: What advice do you have for women who fear hypnosis? Crystal Dwyer: A lot of women do have fear of hypnosis, I think that's largely because of most people think of hypnosis as a stage hypnosis where a few audience participants stand up and then you know hypnotists have some cocking like chickens are doing crazy things and really that is stage hypnosis the people that participants were doing that or screened had time and if there not there just people who are very suggestible or very willing to do whatever they are doing, so for someone to do something like that. A hypnosis can tough control over you, the participants has to be willing there, there has to be that's has Wow! I wouldn't mind do you know jumping on stage have taken my shirt off whatever the do there has to be willingness inside. Hypnotherapist has no power over you in fact if there was anything that was morally or ethically wrong, you would instantly even know your minds and relaxed state. Its not asleep you are not sleeping in fact. The ideal state of hypnosis where we get most work done is you're very aware, when my clients come out of hypnotic's session, they say gosh! You know you were taking all these places but they get additional downloads of information that are really just coming from inside of them and things are revealed to them, things are sort of its an opening up of their own mind but there is keen amount of awareness of what's going on. If someone sleeps to far into a sleep state I will wake them up because that's not the state they want to be in, its important to check out your hypnotherapist and I can talk about that later but I would definitely check with the American part of hypnotherapy get a certified hypnotherapist and then you should be in pretty good hands.
