Actually when we come in here, we’re initially guided in to things that we’re going to do. Whether we’re going to do a cross trainer type of program or whether we’re going to use a tread mill or weights or balance, but we’re given this guidance from the various staff members here. And Craig who heads up this area has really been an instrumental in keeping me on a straight and narrow, but also very helpful way. Oh it has improve the great deal and now my husband and I both think of why we’re here, why we’re coming here. Eating more healthful, a dietician here that is very helpful as well. Just one roof of wonderful things plus this is really a social setting. When we come in the morning there are many people here that we have been here the entire time. Some have been here longer than we have and we interact socially. So it’s social as well as being beneficial for our health.
