We would like to with children sneak them and we call them invisible veggies. If you're making a sauce or a soup or a hamburger patty or meat loaf you can shred them very fine and put them in and so you can see them in some times that helps children eat more of them. You can add a salad to your main meals and later in the day and if you choose fruit as a desert that's a wonderful way both to reduce calories and to increase your basic consumption.
