To help increase your work capacity and stimulate more muscle growth in your legs do a set of bodyweight squats in between your leg exercises. This way you can get 100+ bodyweight squats in and spur on some new muscle growth.

Lee Hayward: hey how is it going? This is lee Hayward here from leehayward.com. I had to cool tip to help you to take your leg development to the next level. What it is -- is in between each set of your leg exercises, do a set a body weight squats, and what this will do, is will get some extra work and extra volume training in before your legs, but it's not really enough to take away from your actual work as you are doing. So for example myself a pediatrician , now I have actually in the gym working out and we just do the leg presses and any in between each set leg presses we did like 10 or 15 reps body weight squats. Right now, we're moving on to the leg extension machine, as you see the press is over here all set up ready to go. So she is going to bang out set a leg extension and then right after she does that, soon just get up and do a set of body weight squats and again like say the quick trip that you can use just a help get extra work volume in. It's not really enough to take away from your strength, but it will just build up your work capacity and provides more muscles stimulation for your legs. Alright, so, she did her leg extensions. And now, let's go and jump in and do some body weight squats. And you'll notice pertussis is squats all the way down to the full squat and get full range of motion, squatting down to the legs go below parallel and that's the proper way to squat. I actually say should doing by 15 reps are so, and then over of course your leg workout, you know you can easily gets an extra hundred or plus body weight squats in there and it's really great way to help, stimulate your legs and bring out some more muscle growth. You can also use the stiffer upper body as well, like very often when I'm doing my upper body workouts probably hit the floor and do a set of pushups in between each set as well. So as you know just some little extra things you can do it do change up your workouts then add more variety.
