Hi! My name is Tim Goodwin from TheGymWorkouts.com and this is the ZERO crunch workouts. Just start to a little bit of a video just to explain exactly what the abdominals are, because it seems a bit awful sort of misconception, lot of myths surrounding the abdominals and what actually they do for us. Now without getting two science, you can get it here. Basically the abdominals start somewhere just down just above your crunch kind of thing and get of underneath your rib cage. Now most people got, yeah, they like to, you know that is where my six-pack is. There are lot of people actually say, ”Well, I have been doing all this crunches, why I cannot have the six-pack?” The problem is that a lot of people have a big layer of fats which sits right over the top of the abdominal muscles. Now what we do over these crunches, we are not actually doing anything to burn away the fat from that area. The fats still stays there. You could develop this perfect six-pack on it they are just covered by big layer of fat. So what you really want them to do is get rid of these layer of fat which is around your mid section, covering up your perfect six pack or your perfectly flat stomach. Now the only way of doing that is by doing one thing and one thing that is boosting your metabolism. Your metabolism is kind the like the key to getting rid of all of the excess body fat and that is in the whole of your body. The only way you can do that is by doing some good solid exercise, which boost your metabolism and change your nutritional habits to boost your metabolism. We are going to do some extra videos later on, just to explain to you exactly the actual processes that you need to go through to actually boost metabolism. But for the time being just remember one key thing. Metabolism is key that is what we are get rid of the fat around the mid section so you can actually see your six-pack or your mid section.
