Abdominal V Crunch Exercise HI, I'm Lana and I'm going to show you a great ab exercise that will target your entire mid section especially those lower abs. It's called the ab ball V up crunch. Ab balls are great, you can just do so many things with them. Grab your ab ball, walk your hands out on the ball, so you are in that pushup position. Keep your hands right underneath your shoulders, belly button tucked into the spine. Use your lower abs to come up into the V position. Make sure you are using you lower abs and not your legs. Breathe in and blow out as you contract those abdominal muscles. Make sure your hands are not too wide or too close together right underneath your shoulders. That’s the V up crunch that I showed you and it really target the lower abs that you get all of your abdominal muscles work with the one exercise especially the hard to reach lower abs. And remember use those lower abs.
