(Music Playing) After the basic warm up, we start with kneading or Petrissage. First at the sides, then the middle area of the belly, and then the other side. I am showing here a Reverse grip kneading technique. If you want to remain on the same side of the table. If you want to use the same technique at the other side then you have to switch sides.
