(Music Playing) Start the belly massage by putting some oil or lotion on your hand and warming up and put it evenly on the belly area. Just little use very light pressure. Just make sure you use dark cream lotion or oil is distributed evenly. Then start with circular effleurage use medium pressure and go clock wise. Then continue with broad cross strokes. Again, only medium pressure for this technique. Try to have as much contact with the skin as possible. And the next technique is a little big deeper effleurage, right under the rib cage. This technique stimulates organs like the liver, gallbladder, and stomach, and at the same time releases deep tension in the upper abdominal muscular structure. Then continue with a deep effleurage of both the upper hip and underneath the rib cage you can do this same techniques also in the on the other side with a reverse hand technique. Some people do not like the difference in the field in that case you would have to switch to the other side of table. (Music Playing)
