Male Speaker: So actually you can't even see where the incision was placed because the skin is all the way down to the middle of her thigh. So the incision was actually placed inside, where I am making a dotted line. Male Speaker: So show us where her hip bone would be. It could be way up higher, right? Male Speaker: Her hip bone is here. Her hip bone is at the level of her belly button. Male Speaker: And we are looking at her front side, right. Male Speaker: I know it does look like her backside. But this is -- Male Speaker: But this isn't meant to be funny. There is so much -- Male Speaker: Because there is so much redundant tissue and it forms a crease here in the middle. So, Travis we are actually removing all of this tissue. All of this tissue came out with the surgery and incision placed in the bikini line. Which you can't see here, I showed it with the dot.
