Cynthia Sass: Hi I’m Cynthia Sass, Prevention’s Nutrition Director. I’m here at the beautiful Union’s Square Farmers Market in New York City. One nutrition question for you, which do you think has more potassium, a banana or a potato? Female: I’m going to go with the banana. Cynthia Sass: Nope. It’s actually the potato. Female: Well, I like them both. Cynthia Sass: And they’re both rich in potassium. It’s just the potato has a little bit more. So, you can use both. What is an antioxidant? Female: Well, blueberries have plenty of them so I know they’re good for you. I think what they basically do are they breakdown the toxins in your body. Cynthia Sass: Okay. A great one nutrition for you, do you know which fruit acts as a natural Viagra? Male: Come quite. Cynthia Sass: That’s a very good question. It’s watermelon. You can buy right over day. All right, one more. Do you know what vegetable is the best for fighting lung cancer? Female: That’s really a good question but I don’t know. I’m really not quite sure. Cynthia Sass: Dark, green, leafy vegetables. We saw a lot of them here today. Female: I guessed so. I’ll take for everything right there. Cynthia Sass: That’s right.
