Lianne Phillipson: Now depending on how well you are doing with your diet including into this movie something like a Greens product. Greens Plus, this is a product called Phyto Greens, is a great way to boost again your nutrients, the greens that you are getting into your body everyday. So about a teaspoon of that into this. So and then after you have added that in, you can add about 250 ml or a cup of your milk of choice. Some people like to just put water; some people like to put juice. You can put adding milk, yogurt. Okay, so this is where you add in your fats. So which can be from a super DHA liquid, a teaspoon a day; or could be a cod liver oil. That's so it recommend more postpartum, then I would prenatally, so using that throughout your pregnancy is fantastic. Okay. Now making sure that you get every little last drop out of the bottom of that is obviously a good idea. Or alternatively, you can just put it into your glass and then mix it to make sure that nothing is getting left behind in the blender. Okay and then off we go. Okay now we go. Melanie Raposo: Oh, it is simple, Lianne Phillipson: Very simple. Don't forget to put that flex oil, we'll do that now. Flex oil is another essential fat, which is great to get into you throughout, throughout your life really. It's a perfect blend of Omega-3 and Omega-6, although we need get the DHA from the fish oils. So we'll just add in a teaspoon of that to each. Melanie Raposo: So what would you say, I mean, they are all important ingredients but the most important thing to have in your smoothie would be the fish oil you think or? Lianne Phillipson: It is your protein. Melanie Raposo: Okay, that's a really important thing. Lianne phillipson: In addition to the protein, the carbs, to make it a balanced meal really, as much food as you can and then when you are pregnant to have the addition of the fish oils is essential. Melanie Raposo: So this is like a meal replacement or it is -- Lianne Phillipson: This is a meal. Melanie Raposo: This is a meal. Lianne Phillipson: This is a meal, yes. You may also like to have a piece of toast or some cereal. But because those foods are very low in protein, you are going to end up having unbalanced blood sugar level. So those kind of crashes at 3 0'clock in the afternoon and things like that. So trying to keep yourself balanced all day long with lots of good nutrition, it is of course best for mom and baby.
