Chris Freytag: Doing the same thing day in and day out isn't good for your body or your mind. If you are bored with your typical exercises then try changing it up and making it fun. For instance if you are sick of squats mix it up and play hop squat, jumping on one foot and bending at the knee it's like a single leg squat and it adds an element of balance challenge. Now you can either draw chalk course on your side walk and hop around with your kinds or create your own obstacle course at your gym, use jump ropes, a fitness ladder, cones or floor markers like these and go ahead and hop through on your right foot bending at the knee and balancing and then repeat back on your left foot. Just like that, repeat until you are too tired to hop anymore and check back tomorrow for more 60 Seconds Solution.
