So, we asked Julia Edelman, she is the author Ultimate Accidental Housewife to share some simple ways we can improve our health without spending a dime Julia: Hi, there I am here help you improve your health with some really quick and easy manicure-friendly tips. So let us get going. You want to keep your fridge clean from top to bottom. The use a microfiber flexible duster like this one, next we go down. And here, see these—, we want to vacuum them pretty regularly. And lastly, if got a drip pan, empty that really often for two reason; mold can grow and cockroaches just love it as a drinking fountain. Yuck! Always turn your kitchen fan on because you may not realize it but when you're cooking, lots of vapor comes up. Great for a quick facial but can cause mold. Here is how to keep your kitty from sitting pretty on your counter. One, sticky it to them. They do not like sticky stuffs on their paws. Number two, foil on their footsteps. The sound of the foil and also the texture makes them just go yeaaw! And lastly, spice up their act. A little pepper on your paws will have them not say ‘Neeyaw” but “yaaw!” Vacuuming too much can stir up dust mites. So I love this tip. Yes, you want to vacuum regularly but not more than once a week. Always stand when you flush because when flush, it is like sneezing all of the smuts goes all over the place which has bacteria which can cause intestinal bugs. Disinfect your bathroom doors and switch place regularly because bacteria love one warm unit places like your bathroom. Do not wet your eye shadow brush or your eyeliner brush with your saliva because if you leave it damp, it lets bacteria grow and that means instead of having pretty eyes, you will have pink eye. Disinfect your office and electronics regularly. Believe it not, it can have up to 40% more germs than your bathroom. Make a mixture of vinegar 50% with water, spray it on a nice microfibre cloth, wipe it down and when it is all done, then you're just going to nice and clean and healthy.
