7 Ways to Relieve Stress You’re stressed, I’m stressed, and we’re all stressed out. So how do you get rid of it? Stress relief. That’s today on BodBeat. Hi. I’m Dr. Loretta. But the majority of us can take advantage on the following stress relief tips to stay healthy. Identifying your stressors, sit and talk to somebody. Figure out what’s working and what’s not and in six solutions. Two, exercise. Absolutely, at least three times a week. Get enough sleep at least seven to eight hours, not less than six, and proper nutrition at home. Eat right, yoga, meditation, and breathing. You want to stretch. You want to relax to your mind. And breathing is very, very important. People forget to breathe all the time. Chiropractic Treatment and Trigger Point Therapy. You want to relax your muscular skeletal system. You want to be comfortable in your own skin. Same thing with massage therapy. You want to relax those muscles. You want to workout those things. You want to be more comfortable.
