I am Vince Delmonte by the way and my buddy Arnet, he asked if I could film some stuff for his membership site, it mean Arnel hang out of Vegas last weekend and we have good time together and he own by the pool side. He was mentioning that a lot of his guys who watches video are who prior really benefit from a muscle building workout. What I am going to film is a 6-Week Muscle Building Routine for him and it is going to maybe free straight forward. It is going to be similar to what I used to build 41 pound of muscle in the first six months of my weight training experience when I was 22. I think you guys are going to really benefit from it. [Music Playing] Let us get started and I will just show you on the road. [Music Playing] All right, here we go. We are going to start off with your 6-Week Muscle Building Routine and we are going to do a series of super sets on all the major muscles group. So we are going to be super setting some big stuff here today and for weeks one or two you are going to be doing three sets of 15 with 30 second rest. For weeks three to four you are going to be doing four sets of ten with 60 seconds rest and then you are going to get your strength up there for the last two weeks five sets of five at about 90 seconds rest. Exercise will stay the same. You are going to do this Monday, Wednesday. Friday and just focus on getting you weight soft within those set and rest period parameters and you will see tremendous results. [Music Playing] Exercise number one - Deadlifts [Demo] Exercise number two - DB Flat Bench Chest Press [Demo] Exercise number three - Front Barbell Squat [Demo] Exercise number four - Bentover Barbell Row [Demo] Exercise number five - Standing Military Press [Demo] Exercise number six - Front Plate Wood Choppers [Demo] Exercise number seven - Chins Ups [Demo] Exercise number eight - Dips [Demo] Exercise number nine - Back Extension [Demo] Exercise number ten - Reverse Incline Raises [Demo] That was a 6-Week Muscle Building Routine and that is for Arnel and all of out friend and his membership site.
