5 x 5 Lower Body Weight Circuit Alright guys here we go with Body Weight Circuit it’s this on the lower body. It’s going to be a 5 x 5 real quick. I’m going to show you the demonstration but for each exercise I want to give you 2 reps so get your num pad out and take note so here we go, squat transition, again to for lunge quickly following a reverse lunge. Now we’re going to diagonal lunge, quickly following the last exercise the lateral squat. Alright guys so that’s it remember for your sake you’re going to do 5 reps per each exercise.
