Welcome to four exercise to better abs from TheFitStyle.Com. We are going to begin first by performing ten crunches on the floor. Keep in the low-back flat, chin-tacked, only crunching up with the shoulders. Perform ten, move on to toe touches keeping the arms extended, crunch up for the toes. After your ten wraps, moving on to bicycle crunches, bringing the opposite knee into the opposite elbow and lastly, performing leg-lifts.
