Welcome to four exercises to a better butt from TheFitStyle.Com. We are going to begin first by performing a bodyweight squat. Feel a little bit wider then shoulder with apart, arms extended. You are going down the squat, weight on the heels. You will be performing 20 squats consecutively. Moving on, you are going to perform a forward launch. Hands on the hip, step forward, keep in the ankle and the knee aligned, leg at a 90 degree angle. Perform 20 forward launches. Moving on, here we are doing a reverse launch. Same form with the ankle and the knee. Perform 20 reps and finally ending with side launches. Ankle and knee in alignment. Stepping out, back-leg straight, forming 20 reps.
