Free Video reveals 5 ways to build muscle and six packs abs quick www.buildmuscleandsixpacksabs.com Hi, I am Jimmy from Build Muscle and SixPackAbs.com and I want to show you guys three tips on preview bench press today. A lot of people had some issue in the bench press and it is time we will stay with exercises to do it. Are you going, want a big chest to compound movement? Quick ways to strength inside the knees. A lot of people missed this with three important factors in it. So, we are going to three things right now. First thing is your body position. A lot of people when they bench press, like a body they are going to take the bar up and let their elbows come out, why? That is very, very unhealthy effusion simply because you put too much pressure on the rotator cuff. So the first thing we are going to do is when we press when our tackle out goes in. What is the shortness on these with three to points, a straight line? So we are going to take a few more power if there is really going to shortness of emotion. Do not worry. We are going to get more pack development through this. So what to come down, press up, elbows lock in, you have some chest up. There is a pull, and elbows up. You do not want bring your elbows out. Second thing is the body position. All my heels just close back to my body as possible. So have a healthy arch my little back. In this way, I can use my power for hamstrings, a little bit more to help and I can brace and lock in my cord so that is what it looks like. Down, heels as close as possible and then we are tacking the elbows and press, lock it. Third tip is we want to make sure we will pull our hands in a block, but that is going to do is fire our triceps a little bit more. Help us press a little more weight. So all that look forward looks like if want to invasion yourself, pulling the bar together to here and together triceps to keep it in. Elbows tack to your back, press up.
