[Music Playing] [Advertisement] Hey guys this is Nathan Hopkins with my buddy Arnel here in Las Vegas I am going to show you a couple of work outs which you can do, real quick. it is actually helps you use to blast your abdominals sections in. This is the three movements, it is going to be the hanging windshield wiper, side to side and around the world. These are all hanging abdominal movements and that is really going to bring in a lot of muscles in to this, it is a really good work out. [Demonstration] Right, you got 20 on those and then take a short break, very short jump right in to the other side to sides, you are going to do about 15 of this.
