Hello this is Raphael Calsedia chief in this pro ediets.com, and Giselle and I here in Sunny Florida where you can fry an egg on the ground right now and Giselle is going to be performing a serious of abs exercises. I wanted to do something a little bit different instead of you showing one abdominal exercise. I want to show you a little bit of a routine that you can do in the morning, maybe at night. A couple of sets of each for about ten to 12 reps and it is sort of a cycle of three exercises; very, very effective. Why would we not do one of each for a show, an abdominal exercise, a crunch, show on more, good. Now, show the bicycle maneuver, opposite elbow, opposite knee, and now show the hip thrust. Straight up, hips come straight up. We are going to do all of this in succession about five reps each. So let us start with the abdominal crunch, one, two, notice the lower back is nice and tight, it is right on the ground, couple more bicycle maneuver, right opposite elbow, opposite knee, she is working the entire abdominal right now, upper and lower region. Good! Good! Good! Hip thrust up, oh, lower abdominals. Difficult exercise keep practicing when you master it, it is fantastic. Up, up, let us go back to the abs crunches, up, up nice in thigh, notice how our neck is nice and straight she is keeping her eyes focused on the ceiling. Up, up, bicycle maneuver, go again. Good! Beautiful, they really work those abs, good, good! Nice twist of the whole abdominal. Good job Giselle. Now the hip thrust and up, she is using her hands to support herself, that is okay. Up, really trying to get those hips up, up, beautiful perfect. Good job! Not a lot of time but very effective routine for the abdominals.
