We need to master the art of eating only when we are hungry. This means we must learn not to eat when we are not hungry. This simple lifestyle changes inherently sustainable as tend to get better at the longer we practice it and enjoy it more the longer we do it. We get used to and become more comfortable with eating less. Our stomachs shrink and our capacity diminishes. We can increase the effectiveness of this technique by eating healthier and less fattening food, but this simple approach will nearly always work anywhere. It will work no matter what you eat, if you stop when you are full and don't need again until you are hungry again, don't eat unconsciously without paying attention about reflex when eating pay attention and enjoy it. With this approach we don't need to count calories, use complicated tools and tracking methods. We follow any sophisticated prescriptions. It's very simple. Another way to think about this is that you are swirling of eating unconsciously. You are going to discipline yourself to never eat automatically without thinking about it, without paying attention and without really enjoying it. You are going to start eating consciously and attentively from this moment forward. They just want tiny little catch. This is extremely difficult to do. Tuning into our bodies, getting in touch and staying in touch with our feelings. Consciously working with air breathing and acting congruently with what we claim we want. Our daunting challenge is too many. So here is my list of tips for getting better at eating only when we are hungry. Remind yourself of what you really want several times throughout the day. Reflect on your deepest desires, dreams and aspirations every time you feel of the impulse to grab something to eat. When you forget all about not eating unless you are hungry and find yourself suddenly midge you on automatic pilot just gently stop and forgive yourself. This will likely happen a bunch of times. So don't make a particularly unpleasant experience out of it. Just shake it off, move forward and go through this whole checklist again to reset your focus. And social apertures lead you eat when you are not hungry, accepting claim your lack of hunger publicly and then order less and eat less. Explain in polite that you are not very hungry. This will also happen repeatedly, so don't make a big deal out of it. Just eat less and pay attention to your feelings of fullness. You are not depriving yourself as something you want. You are caring for yourself well enough to avoid behaving in a way you don't want. You are simply not that hungry and you are expressing yourself by acting in a chord with your own unique perspective. If you start eating when you are not really hungry and you get caught off by the taste and eat too much just stop when you realize it, forgive yourself for having the same difficulty adapting new habits that everyone in the world have and keep practicing. Practice feeling good with your stomach a little emptier; focus on a pre shooting how much more comfortably you sleep when your stomach is not full. Remember that you are doing this for yourself, for no one else and for your own reasons. Practice eating more slowly and calmly and chewing longer. Stretching up the amount of time it takes you to eat the same amount of food can be very satisfying and leave with the sense of accomplishment. Eating more slowly and chewing long will make it easier for you feel and recognize when you are no longer hungry. Sometimes you eat too much simply because we are going so fast, we don't have time to realize, therefore we are until we have over done it. Get plenty of sleep.
