Congratulations you have completed the program. You have no idea how much I love watching people achieve their goals. Here is what I want you to do, I want you to perform this program three days a week every other day. So Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Do not do any of the days on consecutive days, it is important that a muscle rest after it has been worked, so give it 24 hours rest. I also want you to start incorporating cardio vascular exercise. Cardio vascular exercise, power walking, jogging, cycling that type of thing. Three or four days a week, 30 minutes if you can. If you need to do a little less that is okay, but let us make that our program. So remember what we are doing, strength training, cardio vascular exercise and flexibility exercises. Congratulations again and remember most importantly believe in yourself and believe that you can get to your goals.
