Congratulations, you have made it to the final exercise in the beginners series. Now it is time to work a great, great stretch. My personal favorite because it is for the lower back, we are all walking around with tight lower backs. We sit all day, we have a lot of stress in our lives and this exercise is so simple to perform yet you will feel it so much. All I want you to do is get on your hands and knees and then just gently sit back on the hills. That is all you have to do. You are going to feel a beautiful stretch in the lower back. Your arms will be extended but it is going to be a natural extension of your body, you do not even have to think about it. the more you sit back on the hills the more you will feel that lower back stretching. If you cannot get back on the hills quite yet do not worry about it the more you practice the closer you will get to your hills. It takes time. I want you to hold this for 30 seconds, rest a little bit hold it again for 30 seconds. It is called the lower back stretch and you are going to love it.
