Now it is time for one of my personal favorite stretching exercises. This is called the one-arm chest shoulder stretch, stretches the chest, the shoulders, I love this exercise. All you are doing standing shoulder with, your feet shoulder with apart, you arm is going to be extended to shoulder height against the wall for support. I do not want the hand going lower than shoulder height or above shoulder height. All you do is twist the torso away from the hand. That is all you do, you will feel a nice stretch in the chest, stretch in the shoulder area, it is a really great feeling stretch. And I want you to hold that for 30 seconds. As with all exercises do not over extend the stretch, we just want to get a good stretch but not over do it. Very good, now let us go to the other side. So remember that arm has to be in line with the shoulder nice and straight. If it is above or below you would not feel it. So let us do it again. We are just going to twist the torso away from the hand, feel the stretch in the chest and then the shoulders and hold for 30 seconds. As for with the previous stretching exercise perform two sets for 30 seconds on each side. This is the one arm chest shoulder stretch.
