Welcome back, and congratulations for making it this far. We’re almost done. What I wanted to do now is the shoulder stretch. We’re going to do an exercise for the front part of the shoulder that’s very relaxing. You’re standing with your feet, shoulder-width apart, shoulders are nice and square. Your arm extends in front of you. Take your opposite hand, place it right on your elbow and just gently come across. You’re going to feel a beautiful stretch in the shoulder area. Don’t over stretch. All I wanted you to do is stretch until you feel it and then hold it for 30 seconds. Notice how Cathy’s shoulders are nice and straight. They’re square. I don’t want you to turn your body. The tendency is it’s easy to start twisting. I don’t want you to do that. Stay nice and square. You’ll come down, and then we’ll go to the other side. Left arm comes up, opposite hand across on the elbow. She comes across, keeps everything square. She’s nice and relaxed. She’s breathing, I don’t want you to hold your breath and she holds that for 30 seconds, gets a great stretch trough here. This is called the shoulder stretch.
