Hello! This is Andrea Guzman again with Mommie 2Be Time. Today I am going to talk to you about ten things that my friends did tell me about pregnancy. It is my follow up from ten things my mom didn't tell me about pregnancy. Number one, due to their growing size your boobs will hurt. So, you use a support bra don't use a bra with a under wire in it. I think that's a good tip, I like it so far. Number two, after the baby is born your stomach will not immediately shrink back to normal size. I thought it would and I was like, why can't I should have a flat stomach right after I pop the baby out; no, not going to happen. Your uterus is still expanded. Number three, if you want to loose the weight after the baby is born make sure that you breast feed. Some of you probably already knew that, but it is a good tip anyway. Number four, an episiotomy is not mandatory, where they cut you down below to help the baby come out. Please talk to your OBGYN and doctor since your birth plan. I definitely don't think that I want to have an episiotomy. I mean I will do what's necessary to have the baby but it is not necessary, it is not necessary right. Number five, prior to your pregnancy due to your uterus stretching your belly will feel big one day and then small another. This is like the skin stretching. So that comes to my tip number six; use cocoa butter and rub it on your belly all the time because your skin is stretching. And number seven, due to being ruined out by your belly your partner might now want to have sex with you sometimes. This kid go on and off, so just kind of to be aware of it and expect that they might freaked out that they are touching a baby, just be aware of it. Number eight, after the baby is born as a mother you need to feel like you have this on-switch all the time that you can't turn off. This is pretty normal, this is kind of an after tip and I thought was a pretty good one just for me to be aware of and number nine, you are going to have to get up at least five times for the bathroom which I think is the main thing that messes up your sleep. I wish someone would have told me that earlier because I didn't know. I actually get up about 3 times to go to bathroom and it is pretty regular on different times, but I don't know welcome the pregnancy, right? Number ten, you are going to be absent minded and I mean like you are going to forget your car keys, you are going to forget what you need to pick up at the grocery store, get prepared for it and write stuff down and also you are going to have very, very strange pregnancy dreams. They can range from a variety of people being in your dream and you don't know what is going on and just be aware of it. And lastly just my tip for the day which is pretty much going to be my tip every time I talk to you guys is stay active and keep the weight off. Even if you are not used to working out, try to talk a walk around the block, it is going to increase and help your mood and just make you a little bit more happy during your pregnancy.
