Male: Welcome to our first exercise. The first thing I want to do is I want to get a general warm up for your whole body. I want to get some blood circulating and the blood moving and I want to get your whole energy level up. I want you to follow along. Join with Cathy and I. Spread your feet a little wider than shoulder width, bend your knees just a little bit. We are going to make big circles with our arms and shoulders. Let us go forward for 12 repetitions. Ready? 1, 2, 3, 4, keep breathing naturally, never hold your breath, we are at 8, 9, 10, 11, one more, good. Now, let us reverse it and ready reverse. Good job Cathy. Follow along, that is 5, we are going to 12, 7, 8, get that blood flowing, very good. Now let us twist left and right. Ready? Left and right, left and right. This is just a general warm up, just to get you feeling good. You do not have to go with the speed. It is okay. Let us go forward again with our arms. Ready. 1, 2, 3, 4, let us take it to 12 again. We are halfway there. Good, two more. We are going to reverse it now. Good, 2, 3, this feels good. This is getting you warmed up for real good things that are coming your way. Excellent, very good. Okay. The body should be feeling a little warm right now. Let us move on to our next exercise.
