Hello, I’m Raphael Calzadilla. And if you watched the Pre-Beginner Exercise program, you know that I have been a personal trainer for over 16 years. So I have a lot of experience to offer you, to help you get to your goals. In the beginner program, we will be working with free weights, a fitness ball and also a flat bench. So, I want you to make an investment in those 3 fitness tools. And please don’t look at them as a one time investment, because you will be using them in the future for many other exercises. Within the program, I will be asking you to perform two sets of an exercise. Well, what is a set? Let’s say, I will ask you to perform 12 repetitions of an exercise, that’s one set. If we wait 45 seconds and do it again, that’s set number two. We will be doing that for all of the exercises. Today, I will be focusing on form, on breathing, technique. I want everything to be perfect for you. I will also be using a fitness model and her name is Cathy. And you may have seen her in the Pre-Beginner Program. She has lost a 115lbs. So I want you to know that the fitness model that I am using has been where you are. Now, you may not have that much weight to lose but it doesn’t matter. I want you to believe you can do it, because I know you can. Now, let’s get started.
