Incline treadmill walking is challenging enough for your calves, but why not kick it up a notch? Try walking on a supersteep incline while holding heavy dumbbells. Concentrate on clawing at the treadmill with your toes and even try rising up your toes with each step. Go for minute intervals at first. You do need a lot to train your calves with this exercise.
