Shoulder Rolls

Begin sitting or standing with your arms at your sides. Shrug your shoulders up. While your shoulders are in the shrugged position, slowly roll them forward and down. Repeat this 5 to 10 times. Then do shoulder shrugs and rolls backward, and repeat this 5 to 10 times.
