Seated Row

In the seated position with your back straight, grasp and pull back on rowing machine handles or on the end of a resistance band that is secured in front of you, bending both arms at your elbows and pulling your hands toward your chest (figure 4.24). Return to starting position, and repeat 8 to 12 times per set. Complete 3 sets.
