Kneeling Low Back Stretch

Begin in a kneeling position. Sit on your heels and bend forward at your waist with arms stretched overhead next to your ears and hands palm down on the floor (figure 4.5). Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your low back. Repeat this stretch 3 to 5 times.
