Knee Flexion (Hamstrings)

Stand with tubing tied to your right ankle. Stand on the other end of the tubing with your left foot. Bend your right knee against resistance to 90 to 120 degrees. (You can also use an ankle weight while lying on your front and bending your knee to 90 degrees.) Return to the starting position, and repeat 8 to 12 times per set. Complete 3 sets.
