Standing in a doorway, place your right hand inside of the door frame with your right arm across your chest. Slowly rotate your upper body to the right, feeling the stretch in your posterior shoulder and upper back. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds, and repeat 3 to 5 times. Do the same stretch on the left side. You can also do this stretch by using your left hand to hold your right arm across your chest, and vice versa.
