Upper Pectoral Stretch

This movement is easiest to do using a counter or dresser. Face the counter and place your hands on it. Step back until you are several feet away from the counter and your hips bend at a 90-degree angle. Allow your trunk weight to drop further, stretching the front of your shoulders gently (see figure 5.15).
